1. Who we are
NoWorkforce ("we", "us") is an AI-services marketplace operated from India. We resell and provision third-party AI services (voice agents, chatbots, outreach tools, content generation) on your behalf.
2. What you're paying for
You're paying for a monthly subscription to one or more AI services. Setup happens automatically via provider APIs — we do not send humans to configure anything manually.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to: (a) send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, (b) deploy AI agents that impersonate real individuals, (c) harass or defraud anyone. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund.
4. Third-party providers
Some services rely on third-party APIs (Synthflow, Chatbase, Instantly, Google). If a provider's API fails or changes their terms, we'll notify you and may need to migrate or refund.
5. Data
We store customer data (email, company, phone, subscriptions, payment metadata) on Supabase. Provider-specific data (call transcripts, chat logs, email leads) lives with the underlying provider. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
See the Refund Policy. TL;DR: 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment; cancel any time from your dashboard for future billing periods.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the most recent three months' subscription fees you've paid us. We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed calls that a human receptionist might have caught differently, or AI-generated content you choose to publish.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of your state of registered business address.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed at least 14 days before they take effect.
