Full refund if you're not happy with your first month of service. Just email support@noworkforce.com.

When we refund automatically

  • Provisioning failure: if our backend can't set up your service within 24 hours, we auto-refund and email you.
  • Provider outage > 48 hours: prorated refund for the affected days.
  • Duplicate charge: full refund of the duplicate, within 3 business days.

On request (14-day window)

Any time in the first 14 days of your first paid month, email support@noworkforce.com. You get a full refund, no reason required. Subscription is cancelled immediately.

After the 14-day window

Cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund on partial months β€” just no further charges.

What we don't refund

  • Pass-through costs you specifically agreed to (e.g. premium phone-number rentals for voice agents).
  • Any month where our system was available and used but you didn't see results β€” AI tools only work as well as the inputs you give them.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–7 working days (Razorpay UPI/card) or 5–10 working days (Stripe).
