What we collect
- Account: email, name, company, phone (optional).
- Billing: Razorpay / Stripe payment metadata (we never store card numbers).
- Subscription config: website URLs, knowledge bases, brand voice docs you upload during onboarding.
- Chat transcripts with our AI sales agent (for quality improvement).
- Cookies: authentication session, cookie-consent choice. Analytics cookies only with "Accept all".
Where it lives
- Supabase (Postgres, AES-256 at rest) — primary store.
- Provider services (Synthflow, Chatbase, Instantly, Google): service-specific data stays with them.
- Resend: transactional email delivery only.
- Anthropic: chat messages sent to Claude for responses.
Why we process it
- Deliver the service you paid for.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, setup complete).
- Improve the product (aggregated, de-identified analytics).
- Comply with tax / legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion any time by emailing privacy@noworkforce.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion cancels any active subscriptions.
Children
We don't sell to anyone under 18 or knowingly process their data.
Changes
Material changes are emailed 14 days before they take effect.
